Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Medixcy Private Limited (“Medixcy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles shipping and delivery for orders placed through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to purchases of products (for example: medicines, healthcare devices, consumables) fulfilled and dispatched by Medixcy or our authorized logistics partners.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed during our business hours. Processing begins once payment is authorized and any required prescriptions/authorisations are verified.

We use a combination of our own logistics and third-party courier partners to deliver orders. Available shipping methods and fees depend on your delivery address, product size/weight, and the delivery speed selected at checkout.

5. Delivery Timeframes & Availability
Delivery time depends on dispatch location, your delivery address, and the shipping method chosen. Some remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be serviceable. During checkout we will show the estimated delivery window based on the selected address and items in your order.
- If an item is out of stock we will notify you and offer an estimated restock date, replacement options or the ability to cancel for a full refund.
- For orders requiring prescription verification, dispatch may be delayed until verification is complete.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number (where available) and a link to track the shipment with the courier. Tracking speed and granularity depend on the courier partner.

9. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For domestic orders within India, prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are usually payable by the recipient. These charges are not controlled by Medixcy and vary by destination country.
10. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts if the first attempt fails. If an address is incorrect or no one is available to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to our facility. Additional re-delivery or return shipping fees may apply where applicable.
11. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Medixcy Customer Support immediately with your order and tracking details. For damaged items, retain original packaging and photographs of the damage — this helps with investigations and claims against the courier. We will evaluate each case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
12. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in such cases please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy. If a cancellation or change is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refunds policy and the payment provider’s timelines.

Note: certain product categories (for example, prescription medicine, personal care items, and sealed healthcare consumables) may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transport interruptions. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and arrange alternative fulfillment where possible.
